Hunger impacts a child's ability to learn. It is shameful that some schools deny students a meal because of unpaid debt. It is also shameful that school districts can pursue a family in need for the unpaid debt. This bill has a solution of accepting voluntary donations. Please support NH children and their families and support this bill.
