I'm happy to see that all children will be offered a meal regardless of their ability to pay, and also that they will not be identified, stigmatized or otherwise penalized if the bill is not paid by their parents. My only concern is the initial funding. Why only one dollar? I hope that this doesn't make this bill just a statement with no real effect. Thanks Jim Mason
