Accessory dwelling units (ADUs) are beneficial for two reasons: 1). they provide housing without taking up more land, and 2). they provide homeowners with the opportunity to gain revenue, advancing their socioeconomic status. I support HB604 as it would greatly increase the funding available for ADUs.
