This will negatively impact the health and safety of our already suffering homeless population. The State of NH should lead the country in protecting and caring for our citizen and visitors. It is cruel and myopic to expect someone who has nothing to produce this type of information. These are people, when are we going to stop worshiping money at the expense of human life?
