This bill will make it more difficult for people of low income to access assistance to maintain stable housing and will result in more evictions and an increase in homelessness. This bill is antithetical to collaborative efforts to decrease homelessness and address our state's dire housing crisis. Please vote this bill inexpedient to legislate. Thank you.
