I have worked in the non-profit sector for over thirty years. This bill will only hinder those people who are suffering the most to have to work harder for no good reason. People that reach out for services often do so because of various types of loss, A loss of a home, a job, or they may become ill. This bill just does not make sense. It is not helpful and will only hurt those most in need. Thank you very much.
