Amendment to HB 1528
Amend the bill by replacing section 1 with the following:
1 Northern Border Alliance Program; Reporting. Amend RSA 21-P:69, IV to read as follows:
IV. The program shall include semi-annual reporting, to the governor, senate president, and speaker of the house of representatives, which includes measurable program results and a detailed accounting of program funding and uses. The report shall also include the number of persons arrested, persons cited, and persons subjected to a field stop or warning. For persons in each of the categories, the aggregate data shall also include the municipality and country where each such person resides. For persons who are arrested or cited, the report shall also include the race of such persons to the extent such information is indicated on the complaint, summons, or citation. The first report shall be submitted on or before December 31, 2023.
