STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to confidentiality of department of revenue administration records.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
123:1 Department of Revenue Administration; Confidentiality of Department Records; Exemptions. Amend RSA 21-J:14, IV(a) to read as follows:
(a) Municipal service and regulatory responsibilities including, but not limited to, responsibilities under RSA 21-J:15[-24] through 21-J:24 and records pertaining to the certification and decertification of assessors under RSA 21-J:14-a, 21-J:14-b, 21-J:14-f, and 21-J:14-g.
123:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
