Senator Bill Gannon
For the Committee
House Bill 66-FN sought to clarify who may submit an RSA 91-A request, and how such requests ought to be made and satisfied. Any individual may request access to public records should they do so during normal business hours and on the premises of the body in question. The Senate Judiciary Committee does not recommend passage given concerns surrounding the potential labor and monetary costs imposed on municipalities by HB 66-FN.
