This bill delays the effective date for the collection and reporting of abortion statistics, and changes the information required to be obtained from "estimated gestational age when the abortion was performed" to "gestational age when the abortion was performed."

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five
AN ACT relative to the collection and reporting of abortion statistics by health care providers and medical facilities.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Collection and Reporting of Abortion Statistics. Amend RSA 329:49-a, I(f) to read as follows:
(f) [Estimated] Gestational age when the abortion was performed.
2 Collection and Reporting of Abortion Statistics; Effective Date. Amend 2025, 287:15, III to read as follows:
III. Section 14 of this act shall take effect July [January] 1, 2027.
I. Section 1 of this act shall take effect July 1, 2027 at 12:01 a.m.
II. The remainder of this act shall take effect upon its passage.
