STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT relative to the membership of the post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury commission.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
51:1 Commission Membership. Amend RSA 115-D:2, I(u) to read as follows:
(u) A representative of the [New Hampshire Deployment Cycle Support Program] Care Coordination Program of New Hampshire, appointed by the governor.
51:2 New Subparagraphs; Commission Members Added. Amend RSA 115-D:2, I by inserting after subparagraph (x) the following new subparagraphs:
(y) A representative of Easter Seals Military and Veterans Services, appointed by the governor.
(z) A representative of a traumatic brain injury provider's organization, appointed by the governor.
51:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
