AMENDMENT # 2026-1711s

Senator Tara Reardon

For the Committee

This bill would establish disclosure requirements for homeowners’ associations similar to what exists for condominium associations. Requirements would include disclosure of shareholder responsibilities, personnel salary, conflicts of interest, and how money is spent. To avoid potential violations, and provide greater flexibility, the Committee Amendment would extend the timeframe for when records should be provided from 5 days to 15 days.
