For the Committee
House Bill 1676 proposed prohibiting the sale of rodenticides to individuals who are not licensed or registered with DAMF. The Committee determined that oversight should remain with the Pesticide Control Board, noting that the issue was already being addressed at that level and that additional state involvement was unnecessary.
