Senator Tara Reardon
For the Committee
HB 1269 simplifies the process for out-of-state licensees to practice in New Hampshire by modifying academic requirements to align with other states. The legislation also adds an acupuncture detoxification specialist to the acupuncture board and updates the name of the certification commission from the NCCAOM to the NCBAHM. The committee amendment replaces one existing acupuncturist board seat with an acupuncture detoxification specialist to keep the membership at an odd number.
