AN ACT ratifying article 9 of the 1999 Seabrook annual town meeting and the 1999 Epping annual town meeting.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand
AN ACT ratifying article 9 of the 1999 Seabrook annual town meeting and the 1999 Epping annual town meeting.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
6:1 Ratification of Article 9 of the 1999 Seabrook Annual Town Meeting. All acts, notices, and proceedings relating to article 9 of the meeting warrant of the Seabrook annual town meeting first session held on February 4, 1999 and second session held on March 9, 1999 are hereby legalized, ratified, and confirmed.
6:2 Ratification of the 1999 Epping Annual Town Meeting. All acts, notices, votes, and proceedings of the Epping annual town meeting held on March 16, 1999 are hereby legalized, ratified, and confirmed.
6:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
