STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT relative to the laws governing the citizens of New Hampshire.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Laws Governing the Citizens of New Hampshire.  The citizens of this state shall be bound only by the laws passed by the New Hampshire general court and the United States Congress.  Legislative powers of the New Hampshire general court and the United States Congress shall not be delegated to unelected officials.  Nothing in this section shall prevent a citizen from voluntarily agreeing to be bound by the laws of another state through a valid and enforceable contract, agreement, or other action.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
