Amendment to SB 84
Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:
1 Repeal. RSA 14:49, II(e), relative to the annual index of commissions, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

This bill repeals the requirement that house and senate committee services staff jointly prepare an annual index of all commissions.
