Senate Finance March 16, 2021 2021-0857s 06/11 Amendment to SB 124-FN Amend Part IV of the bill by replacing section 1 with the following: 1 New Section; Medicare Supplemental Insurance; Premiums. Amend RSA 415-F by inserting after section 8 the following new section: 415-F:9 Premiums. Upon a Medicare eligible disabled member attaining the age of 65, no issuer shall continue to charge that member the under age 65 premium.
