Amendment to HB 560-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT relative to the price of lucky 7 tickets.
Amend the bill by replacing all after the enacting clause with the following:
1 Price of Lucky 7 Ticket. Amend RSA 287-E:20, II to read as follows:
II. The price of any lucky 7 ticket pack or ticket card shall not exceed [$.50] one dollar.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
