AN ACT increasing the maximum amount of the optional veterans' tax credit, optional combat service tax credit, and optional surviving spouse tax credit.

This bill raises the maximum limits for the optional veterans' tax credits and corrects last year's error in House Bill 99, which unintentionally prevented disabled veterans from combining their disability credit with other veterans' credits.
