STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT enabling the use of ferrets for hunting.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 207:6, relative to possessing a ferret while hunting or while on the way to or from hunting, is repealed.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2027.
