Senate Bill 140-FN was a request of the New Hampshire Department of Justice to codify the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Committee in statute. The committee shall be composed of a diverse range of professionals to analyze response gaps, consider risk factors, and improve best practices in accordance with a multidisciplinary, analytical approach.
