STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT defining the cost of an adequate education.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Education; Adequate Public Education; Cost of an Adequate Education.  RSA 193-E:2-b is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:  

193-E:2-b  Cost of an Adequate Education. The specific resource elements necessary to provide the substantive educational content for an adequate education in RSA 193-E:2-a are teachers, principals, administrative assistants, guidance counselors, library/media specialists, technology coordinators, custodians, instructional supplies, technology, professional development, facilities operations and maintenance, and transportation.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
