STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT relative to electric aggregation plans.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Subparagraph; Revolving Funds.  Amend RSA 31:95-h, I by inserting after subparagraph (g) the following new subparagraph:  

(h)  Facilitating the provision of energy services pursuant to the approved electric aggregation plan under RSA 53-E, provided that no funds raised from local taxes shall be used for such purposes.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
