SB 461 as introduced amended RSA 439-A:2, V to include the total tetrahydrocannabinol concentration in the definition of hemp. The Judiciary Committee adopted an amendment to alter this definition of hemp to match the federal definition and correct a spelling error in the word “tetrahydrocannabinolic”.
