SB 400 amends the reporting requirements of the therapeutic cannabis medical oversight board. It does this by requiring regular review of available scientific data and evidence relevant to the approved qualifying conditions. Citations shall be included in these reviews. The amendment would change the annual review requirement to a biannual review requirement.
