CHAPTER 106-N RAILROAD POLICE
Section 106-N:1
106-N:1 Definitions. –
As used in this chapter, "railroad," "railroads" or "railway company" or any combination of such words means a corporation, company or state engaged as a common carrier in the furnishing or sale of transportation, freight or passenger service, or any combination thereof, by railroad.
